The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website and gallery operation.
1. Contact with us
If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be saved only for the purpose of subsequent communication, if necessary for the creation of an invoice / a contract and for advertising purposes (newsletter / invitations) until revocation. We will not share this information without your permission.
2. Data storage
Please note that the name and address are stored for the purpose of contract execution. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract. Without this data, we can not sign a contract with you. We do not transfer your data to third parties, with the exception of the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods as well as to our book keeper for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. In the case of a contract, all data from the contract are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until revocation. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
3. Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via the e-mail address published on our website.
